We offer free shipping on 60-day supply orders shipped to the continental US. Your order will generally be shipped the same day if your order is placed by 2pm central time. Standard shipping should arrive within the continental US within 7-10 days. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be imposed by respective countries. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow.

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return the original order item within 60 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charge. The item must be returned, used or unused, and in good condition in original boxes. Subscriptions are only returnable or refundable based on the original order.

How to Return a Product

You must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization, (RMA number) in order to send the product back for a refund. Please email us at info@aviornutritionals.com and include, the product(s) you are returning, your name, and your telephone number. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and a return address. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for refund.

If you find that your product has been damaged during shipping, please note the damage and contact our customer support department info@aviornutritionals.com immediately.
